Today’s challenge is to try a new style of meditation! Your story is unique, and so is your meditation style, so trying out new practices is important for expanding & deepening your practice.

Meditation is individualized and there are so many other ways to meditate/practice mindfulness other than sitting quietly. Experiment, try something new, and take note today with how your body and mind feels after you are finished.
