Rise Above Challenge: Day 14

How I Overcame Fear

It is time to reflect on your capital W’s this week! (aka WINS!) No matter how big or how small, journal and write down your wins when you overcame a fear or fear-based feeling in the past two weeks.


After journaling on your wins, then go have yourself a little celebration! You deserve a pat on the back for all of the work you have been putting in. It takes courage to work on rising above negative feelings, and you are doing it!


Making note of how you stacked wins (no matter what size) is important to keep your motivation going and remind yourself of how far you have come. That is why Journals like, Do One Thing Everyday That Scares You, are so helpful! (which we carry in the store) This is also an important habit to remember when you are trying to take on any new habit or behavior.
