Wouldn't it be nice if..
Wouldn’t be nice if you had an amazing day?
Now how can you have an amazing day if you don't know what it looks like? That’s why today’s challenge is to spend some time in the morning to set your intention for what the perfect day would look like today. Visualize yourself going about each part of your day, as if everything went smoothly and perfectly. (and if you are reading this in the afternoon, then do it before bed and visualize tomorrow going smoothly)
Tip: Abraham Hicks has a great intention setting technique where you say to yourself, “wouldn’t it be nice if…” An example would be “wouldn't it be nice if I was in a great mood today and everyone I talked to was feeling positive as well.”
Setting intentions tells your conscious mind and subconscious mind how you want your day to go, and prepares you to get in accordance with that. (it also sends out a signal to the universe which then gives it a greater likelihood of coming true) Intentions are a powerful exercise because they also take your awareness off the feelings and habits you don't want, and set attention on the ones you do want. So whether your day is full of work or you have the day off, see yourself having the best possible version of your day and accomplishing everything with ease.
