Three Part Breath
Claudia is here to share a simple breathing exercise to help regulate your nervous system, release stress, and breathe in more calm in your life.
It is called the one thirds breath, and it is a great way to tap into our parasympathetic nervous system and bring about a sense of ease and calm.
Think in terms of 3:
- Upper Chest
- Diaphragm (or right underneath your ribs)
Focus on breathing in and out of your nose and expanding your lungs in each area to where your upper chest or lower belly would move and expand 360 degrees.
