Self Love Mantra
A lot of our insecurities and fears in life originate from feelings of non-acceptance or limiting your self-love, and this can manifest into a lot of the bad moods we experience.
So practice telling yourself a self-love mantra! A simple but profound one is “I love and accept myself.”
If you are still having difficulties with the negative emotions, then you may want to use “I choose to allow my happiness to grow” or “I accept happiness.” Or if you have your own, go with that one.
Each mantra is personalized, and you know it is the right one when you feel a positive sensation in your body after telling it to yourself 5 to 10 times.
Bonus Points: Say your mantra to yourself while eye gazing with yourself in the mirror and see how you feel afterward!
