Rise Above Challenge: Day 25
It’s time to dance like nobody's watching!
Today’s challenge is to dance for at least five to ten minutes. Turn on some of your favorite jams and get moving! Don’t worry about how you look or how good your dance moves are, just move to the beat any way that feels right in the moment.
Emotions can get stuck in our body and sometimes they need to literally move through us. Dancing can be a great way to move through those emotions quicker, and a great way to release any repressed feelings we have been neglecting.
Now get ready to move it! Move it!
