Rise Above Challenge: Day 30

Reflect & Celebrate!

Congratulations! You made it to day 30!


 First, virtual high five!!


Your last challenge is to reflect on the past 30 days and journal about it. Sig deep into the moments where you felt those negative feelings arise and you were able to use some of the tools presented in this challenge to overcome them. Make note of how you felt before the challenge, and how you feel now.


Write about all your little wins and even any big wins, but also right about the moments where you didn't win and see if you could extract any more lessons or insights. Also make note of the specific challenges that had the greatest impact on you internally and how you are going to start to use those for the rest of your life.


Journaling is such a powerful mindfulness tool because it helps us externalize and integrate lessons and ideas. My sincere hope for you is that after these 30 days you have a whole new set of tools and techniques that will continue to use in the future.


With the challenges that had a positive effect on you, spend some time journaling about how you can make this a daily habit because that's where the magic will happen moving forward. 


I am personally so proud of you for finishing this challenge and I know you are onto amazing things now that you can get out of those fear-based emotions and get back into living your truest, highest self. I hope you give yourself a big pat on the back because the work you put in is not easy, but as you now know it is so rewarding!


 So go Journal, reflect, make an action plan to integrate some new habits, and then go celebrate! Because YOU DESERVE IT!
